1. Guaranteed Hold

Every payment is held by CampusPulse until the buyer confirms delivery by giving the runner their 4-digit PIN. The vendor then receives 93%; CampusPulse keeps a 7% platform fee.

2. No lending

CampusPulse never lends money. Orders only go through when your wallet covers the full amount.

3. Prices

Vendors set their own prices. Buyers cannot change prices at checkout.

4. Runners

Runners must reach the vendor within 5 minutes of accepting. Three missed pickups in 48 hours means a 24-hour suspension.

5. Fraud

Fraud, food theft, or trying to pay outside the platform leads to immediate wallet forfeiture and a permanent device blacklist.
